HOW TO SIGN UP FOR CLASSES... Check out the calendar below. Click on the class you want to sign up for. A WOD Class box will appear on the screen. Click on Register for Class box at bottom. The first time you register for a class you will need to provide your first name, last name and your email address. Click on Continue to Next Step. Click on Return to Calendar to book another class. You will receive an email with your new account info along with your username and password (you can either keep this password or change it). Sign up for as many classes as you would like, you are able to sign up 3.5 days in advance. There are 15 class spaces. If for whatever reason you cannot make the class please email us or call to cancel. This will free up a space for someone else. You have 9 hours before the class to do so.
It is extremely important that you sign up on-line to reserve your spot for a class. If you turn up at the gym without registering, we can only let you in the class if there is space available. If the class is full, you will need to wait for the next class or open gym time. 3, 2, 1…GO!!!
