First Workout is Free!
If you like what you see, then you are ready for your first CrossFit workout free of charge. Be prepared though, it’s not like any other workout you’ve tried before and remember you don’t have to be fit to come to CrossFit, you come to CrossFit to get fit.
CrossFit Select Fundamentals
Sign up for CrossFit Select Fundamentals…a three-session one-on-one program. In it, we introduce nine movements that are fundamental to safe and successful CrossFit performance.
These three sessions include:
Session 1: Air Squat, Front Squat, Overhead Squat and overview of pull-ups
Session 2: Strict Press, Push Press, Push/Split Jerk and Thrusters
Session 3: Dead Lift, SDHP, Cleans
These sessions also include a work out that will introduce you to other common movements such as: thrusters, wall balls, kettle bell swings, rowing, box jumps, and so much more.
If you would like to come into the gym in between your scheduled Fundamentals classes, we would love to have you. A trainer will be able to modify a workout that you will be able to do. Check our schedule for more information on CrossFit Select gym hours.
