The best word to describe this girl is EXTREME! Not only will you find her in the box at 6 am but she will often be back to do another WOD with the evening crew. She will do whatever workout is thrown her way at whatever weight the trainers suggest. Once she's finished, she'll often be heard saying "I think I might do another workout". She was recently overheard committing to Element's Overdose Competition coming up although she won't committ to which year! Mel has been an employee of Lululemon for the past few years and has recently accepted a position as a teacher in the area. Best of luck Mel as you start your journey as a teacher!
